Chemical shelf life studies target the specific deterioration factors of your product. Using verified methods, we track changes such as oxidation, rancidity, nutrient loss or chemical breakdown. Our sensory evaluations combine hedonic scoring and triangle testing with Chi-Square analysis for robust, statistically validated results. Trained panels rate attributes such as colour, aroma, texture and taste on a hedonic scale, while blind triangle tests determine whether differences between samples are perceptible – ensuring both consumer relevance and scientific accuracy in sensory shelf life assessment.
